Thunderdome had previously been booted from the BRP's main parking area because of soccer moms, and now we've been booted from the Bailey Road Middle bus lot because of lax moms. When will it end? And who are these kids anyways and why aren’t they doing their homework? Their inability to get off my lawn forced YHC to adjust all my plans. Below is what really happened, not what was planned to happen.
The Warm Up
Carry equipment over to empty portion of Bailey Middle bus lot. Tonight's list of equipment included rucks, 60 lb sandbags, and at least one kettlebell.
Circle up for Cotton Pickers, Arm Circles, ISTs, Runner's Stretch, and Overhead Weight Holds
The Big Show
Bear Crawl to other end of lot
20 Merkins
Walk with weight overhead back to stating point
70 Overhead and Seal Claps
30 Shoulder Presses with Sandbags or Rucks
20 Skull Crushers
50 Squats
Mosey with weights down to track/football field
Circle up for more weighty moves of various quantities:
Curls, Shoulder Presses, CDDs, Merkins, Thrusters, and Overhead Weight Holds
Line up on the 50 yard line for Rock-Paper-Scissors-Sprint
Loser of the sprint always does 5 burpees. Everyone got to sprint 6-8 times, Madden 24 never lost a sprint, so he was awarded 10 punitive burpees.

This workout was conducted in silence so there was no whining from the pax for me to make fun of. Very stong work by all.
