The Thang:
2 exercises x 10 (in cadence) @ 5 stations.  Rotate through each station, skipping every other one (1, 3, 5, 2, 4) to get some mileage.
  • Station 1: Dips, CCD
  • Station 2: Partner Situps (single count), Leg Throwdowns (single count)
  • Station 3: Decline Mericans, Squats
  • Station 4: 8-count Body Builders (counts as two exercises)
  • Station 5: Pull-ups (single count), Mericans
 
Moleskine: So it was a foggy morning, maybe more in my head than outside.  4 of the finest Quarry men appeared for a mix-it-up workout with some runnin' and some pushin'  So we were suppose to skip every other station, and of course I got too excited and did the first dip station anyway.  Then off to the situps.  We paired off.  El Tigre and Natty versus Grip and Zona.  Leg throwdowns and incline situps.  I'm just glad Grip wore his small clothes today.  All the other "pushin'" was just normal stuff until the 8 count body builders.  Ahhh.. 8 count does the body good.
 
As I revealed to the PAX this morning. For my original workout, I consulted with my personal trainer (my wife) as to her thoughts.  She looked, sniffed, then scowled.  "You can't just do push-ups." she said.  "Why not?" i retorted.  "Look we get 171 in this first part, we'll be smoked by the first minutes!"  The PAX thanked my M.
