11 men arose early, and came to The Vanquisher to see what Toxic had in store for them. Unfortunately, Toxic's M made him go strawberry picking ALL DAY yesterday, and Toxic did not have the time, nor energy, to think up a new routine. So instead, he went to his previous Q file, and pulled out the Juarez Valley Prison routine (Soap-on-a-Rope not included).
Warm-a-rama:
- Mosey around the parking lot, and circle back to get Ninja Turtle, who thought the workout started at 5:31!
- Windmill x15 IC
- Cotton Picker x15 IC
- Burpees x15 OYO
- Mosey the long way around the school.
The Thang:
- Grab a rock from the rock pile to do some prison yard rock work like John Rambo in Rambo II.
- Juarez Valley Prison routine = reps with 5 second breaks (20, 1, 19, 2, …, 11, 10) (210 total)
- Mericans
- Curls
- Someone check on Titan…he's making a lot of moaning noises!!!
- Squats x10 IC, slow and low
- Skull Crushers x15 IC
- Rocks back…"heads up!"
- Mosey to the back parking lot for 25 yds of the Jail Break Crawl (a.k.a. The Dragon Crawl)…this is always a crowd pleaser!
- Mosey to the school wall
- Peoples Chair 90 secs with 10 air presses IC
- B2W 1 min
- Mosey to the parking lot and line up for sprints.
- Everyone go on "3"…except for the Q who goes on "1"!

Moleskin:
- Props to Olaf for making Rocket come to The Vanquisher, instead of his normal Monday AO of The Sword. We are a much cooler group, and he is stronger for it!
- IKEA, Snake and UltraMan ran from and to The Wilderness AO. Strong work gentlemen.
- Noticably missing was BlackBerry. He gave me his excused absense the night before. Thanks for letting me show these guys how much fun prison can be!
- Someone was doing some crop dusting during Mary! That is disgusting…i can't believe someone would do such a thing around other people!!!
- Titan was very vocal during the prison routine. Someone needs to tell him it's like an animal in distress…the more noise you make in the prison yard, the more attention you'll get!!!
