Blockheads

6 sleep deprived souls took to starting early with a 4 mile standard run.

Upon their return YHC was priveliged to lead 10 of Race City's finest men in an early morning beating at the Brickyard thanks to a travelling Cupcake.

Warmorama

Mosey down to the Cul de Sac or a circle of warmup. 25x SSH, 10x IST, 10x Merkins, 10x Mountain Climbers, 10x Windmills. Mosey back to Trackscan for the main event.

The Thang: With the lucky timing of YHC being in the midst of a landcape project, each Pax received one block to call his own. We did a slow mosey back to the Brickyard to put them to use with the following, all IC:

Round 1

15x Overhead Press

10x Curls

10x Skull Crushers

10x LBC with Block

15x Flutter Press with Block

10x Outhouse Curls

10x Squat with Block

Run a lap around the building & back to Brickyard

Round 2

Repeato adding 5 Burpees to satisfy a certain someone's (cough, cough, Honeymoon) desire for diversity. Run a lap with a stop for 10x Dips & 10x Incline Merkins.

Round 3

Repeato Round 2. Walk Blocks back to front Zamperini style being careful not to scratch said blocks lest I have to explain to M why the landscaping is not complete. finish round with 10x Dips, 10x Incline Merkins, 10x Decline Merkins.

Mary

Senator chose LBC's and seemed to be impersonating a broken record, proceding to 55 (as Pax were worrying about missing the school bus) only to inform us he was honoring Nymph's B-day. Happy Birthday.

Moleskin

I appreciate all RC Pax and am humbled you were willing to follow me for 45 minutes of my first Brickyard Q.

Thanks to Loveshack for keeping my memory straight since I couldn't read my own Q sheet without glasses.

It may just be YHC imagination but IMHO 45 minutes goes by quicker when you're Q. Give it a try.

Hope our Ruckers are healing and we see them back healthy soon, after proper recovery.
