BEP brought out his BRR team for what would turn out to be the final NightRanger bootcamp, before it turns into a run w/ pain stations workout next week.

DORA 1, 2, 3:

One partner runs up two ramps and back, while 2nd partner does exercise keeping a cumulative team count as we go.

Round 1:

100 Hand Release Merkins

200 1/4 Turn Jump Squats

300 Flutter Kicks

Round 2:

100 CDD’s

200 Monkey Humpers

300 Low Dollys

Mary:

30 Hip Raises, each side

25 LBC’s, IC

Thanks to everyone who came out tonight. 

Not much complaining, except when they had to run following one of the leg burner sets.  But everyone sucked it up and did it anyways.  Great work.

BEPs BRR team already has a the team trianing thing down.  They were at HL in the AM and NR in the PM.  Can’t go wrong with that schedule.
