11 got their weekends off to a great start. YHC is not sure much else will be able to happen this weekend.

Parner up. 1st partner does farmer carry with 2 cinder blocks half way across parking lot and back while 2nd partner does an exercise AMRAP. Flapjack.

- Repeato on the pullups
- LBCs
- Mason Twist
- Merkins
Switch it up. 1st partner now runs all the way across parking lot and back while 2nd partner does an exercise AMRAP. Flapjack.
- Block squat to overhead press
- Block curls
- Right handed lawnmower with block
- Left handed lawnmower with block
- Skull crushers with block
Grab block and mosey to grassy area.
- Block Webb 1-10
Return the blocks.

- Great work from all the Pax today. It wasn't easy and YHC will be feeling it.
- Blackbeard was caught looking at his watch in COP after SSH. Really? That is not a good sign.
- Smores kept trying to be on his best behavior. But like anyone with a "problem" you can always start again tomorrow.
- Rocket decided he had enough and smashed his block. That's two blocks in two weeks. May have to start bringing your own.
- Boarhog came in style today. Check out that new ride. The blue hairs at church will be all over it.
- Need Qs for the next two weeks. Who wants it?
