After a short mosey to the deep reaches of NMP, the Q through the pax off with some Smurf Jacks, Wacky Jacks and Forward Straddle hops, then brought them back to status quo with Mtn climbers. After a brief interlude in the Pavillon with step ups (20 each leg), dips and then some People's chair with arm circles. Now down to business. We moseyed to the most popular erosion control rock pile in Viking then proceeded to the lower parking circle where we:
1 location – 1 burpee
2nd location – 2 8 count body builders
HOme location -Rock Webbs – 3,4,
Then proceed up the ladder (2 Burpees, 3 Eight Cnt BB, 4 and 5 Rock Webbs) continue up to 7 Rock Webbs then count it back down.
We wrapped up with sets of curls and Skull crushers.
