Bear Crawl the first Ramp and plank it out until the 6 returns

Level 1: 10 Burpees 15 Jump squats and run to top, take stairs down to bottom, and run back to level 1

Crab Walk the ramp to Level 2

Level 2: 10 Burpees, 15 Jump Squats , 20 IC Mericans

Run to top, take stairs down, run back to Level 2

Duck Walk up to Level 3:

Run to the Bottom and Peoples Chair

One by one take the stairs up  via the BUNNY HOP

6 Burpees at the top, run down a level and decrease burpees by 1.
