11 Pax entered the not so gloomy gloom for a little down painment, but first 2 miles of Standard for 5 of us (Tweetsie, Jimmy O, Snake Eyes, Blackberry, and YHC).
Warm-o-rama at bottom of parking deck:

The Thang:
Modified Blue Indian – partner up.
Partner 1 runs all the way to top of deck, back down to bottom, then catches up with partner 2 to continue their exercises.
Partner 2 starts at bottom with a moving exercise, climbing the ramps of the decks. Each deck has a different exercise which changes at the landing. When the top is reached start over and come back down.
Moving Exercises:
- Lunge Walk
- Crawl Bear
- Plank Walk with Mericans
- Crab Walk
- Broad Jump Burpees
- 1/4 Turn Jump Squat – full revolution at each parking line
We made it back to the bottom and then back up two more ramps.

- Low Flutter
- Low Dolly
- 1 minute Plank
- Shoulder Touch Mericans (Thanks Snake Eyes)
Moleskin:
- Jolly, as is his fashion, stole attendees to Half Life – 30 in attendance there. :face_with_rolling_eyes:
