I forgot my Weinke this AM, and missed – 10 burpees, 10 jump squats, Pretzel(mary) X 10 each side. Yes the balls to the wall at the shed was in the original plan, not an add-on. But all the mumble chatter was still appreciated.
Don't believe the internet, I mistakenly posted 27, only had 21….still a solid showing. Turnpike dropped me a tweet almost immediately. He also reminded me how to calculate factorials, no pocket protector needed (I deny knowledge of said calc)

Thank you 66 for the opportunity to lead this fine group on such a great morning. Anyone remember the number for thestandard (seemed like about 1/2)? I hope all the PAX felt their limits pushed, but not broken.
