Reflection

With all that has gone on within the last week or so, it isn’t hard to understand that we all need to take a little time to reflect on how quickly our lives can change (or end).  At F3, we spend a lot of time preparing our bodies for our future so that they are strong enough to handle the tasks that may arise.  But we also spend time preparing our hearts, souls and minds for what comes after our bodies have finished the race.  May we all work diligently to ensure that we are preparing ourselves for the day when we enter that heavenly kingdom – whether that day comes soon, with no notice – or it comes decades down the road.

Moleskin

Rumor had it that a Cyclone might blow through for the Q this morning.  Since radar was not available to confirm when no Cyclone was spotted, we used Sonar to conduct the workout.

Nice efforts by all today.

Way to push it, IronMan – it doesn’t get easier – you just get better.

Q feels like he’s missing a participant from this morning – sound off if that’s the case

Q is out of sync with workouts due to too much travel.  No gloves – no reflection verse – no mercy from the crowd.

Final mosey may or may not have been lengthened to avoid a round of Tub-Thumpin’ burpees…

Beautiful full moon at the start – nice sunrise at the finish
