Moleskin:

Tclaps to all the pax that came out.  It was a hot one out and they pushed through it without complaint.

Bodhi christened the DPK deck as his with a gnarley upperdeck merlot.  The pax going down the stairs got a first hand view of the expulsion of evil from the body.  Tclaps Bodhi, you pushed yourself to the limit and will be that much better for it.  Also it doesnt get easier, you just get stronger.

Great to see tantrum out, it's hard to cut out his mumblechatter when he doesn't get tired.

Also great to see Tweeter out, you kept up with the pax easy this time.  Definitely getting faster every day.

Freedom took approximately 72 seconds to cound down from 10 during balls to the wall.  Little did him or the pax know that everyone had to count before we recovered.  Goat counted 10 numbers in 11 different languages.  Bodhi was the 7th person to count and still wasn't sure what we were doing.

Great to see papa smurf and the tank top come out of hibernation!  I know you're traveling alot but hope to see you again soon.

Hambone promised to Q soon and send in a Who's Who!  Tclaps! Also those shorts…..

Next week we will move the workout to North Meck park for a running of the fools on a reverse loop of the mountain bike trail (approx 2.9 miles)  7:15 Primal brewery after.

Thanks for coming out, as always it was a great time.

Aye,

Silver Bullet
