3 made their way around Bailey Park as they started their Independence Day weekend at True Grit.

First stop:

  • Mosey over to the basketball courts for COP (all done IC)
    • SSH x 15
    • Merkins x 15
    • IST x 15
    • Man Maker Merkins x 15
    • Cotton Pickers x 15
    • Squat x 15
    • 8-count Body Builders x 15
    • Merkin Time Bomb 10-1

Second stop:

  • Mosey down the path to a rock pile
    • O/H press x 10
    • Bent over row x 10
    • Curls x 10
    • Squat x 10
    • Chest press x 10
    • Skull crushers x 10
    • Repeato

Third stop:

  • Mosey to hill leading to playground
    • One guy at playground for 10 pullups and dips
    • One guy at bottom of hill for 20 merkins and squats
    • One guy running the hill
    • Rotate all positions three times through

Fourth stop:

  • Finish at top of hill for Mary
    • Low flutter x 25
    • Rosalita x 25
    • LBCs x 25
    • Plank

Moleskin:

  • The Geek getting in a double down this morning before he heads out with the family on a cruise.  Have fun and be safe.
  • Billy Bob answers the bell with a few still ringing in his head from the night before.  Glad you made it out.
  • YHC, after several weekends with the 2.0s at tournaments, finally back in the saddle on Saturday.  Glad to be back.
