Today your most chivalrous workout came to #Gladiator since the big move to St. Mark and 7 PAX crushed it!  Here's what we did…

Warm-up

Mosey through parking lot

SSH x 50

Cotton Picker x 10

IST x 16

Dynamic Stretching

Blastoff 'Merican x 10

Sir-Chest-a-Lot:

5 sets, of each decreasing reps (10, 8, 6, 4, 2) after each rotation/superset all in cadence:

Get cinder block and Zamparini to fountain

Rotation 1

Incline chest press, incline 'merican

Chest press, hand release 'merican

Decline Chest Press, decline 'merican

Mosey around parking circle, move to second rotation

Mary

today we used our blocks as mary partners to help work the legs, chest, and core:

5 rotations of each decreasing reps (10, 8, 6, 4, 2) after each rotation/superset:

Low fludder w/ chest press

Sumo squat w/ block

move to rotation 2

Moleskin

1. after a long independence weekend, the PAX was strong at Gladiator.  Good work by all and a hard push through each rotation.
