Monkeying Around at The Foundry


19 monkeyed around while playing a game of cat and mouse. This is how it went down:

WARM-A-RAMA:

Dynamic warmup (high knees, butt kickers, carioca)
SSH x 35 IC
IST x 15 IC
Cotton Picker x 15 IC

THE THANG:

Partner 1 runs to and completes 1 pass through the monkey bars and then 15 curls and 15 shoulder presses and then runs back

Partner 2 completes the posted exercise at each row until partner 1 returns

Flapjack then move to the next row in the parking lot and repeato

Row 1: Merkins x 30
Row 2: WWII Situps x 30
Row 3: Sprint back and forth across the parking lot
Row 4: Scorpion CDD x 30
Row 5: LBC’s x 30
Row 6: Bear crawls across the parking lot and sprint back

Repeato until time is called

  • Great work this morning by everyone. Really inspiring to see the pax fight to complete the monkey bars each time through. Everyone got through at least 4 or 5 times.
  • TClaps Eeyore for knocking out 5 posts in a row this week…really strong work esp when two of those are the murph and sharknado
