  • The Ab Blaster is nod to an El Tigre workout "Ab Assault" we did about a year ago.
  • The exercise was truly an assault to mid section, a yank at the love handles and a blast to the six pack!
  • Oblique V Ups and the Hip dips seemed to be directly out of the Jane Fonda workout.  Does this exercise make my Abs look fat?
