The Moleskin

  • No SSH in this workout.  A very rare occurance
  • 5 burpess in warm-up did not slow the mumble chatter, but 5 kb burpees created silence for a few sets. 
  • Hat Trick call BS the number of reps for curls was too low causing an increase in all reps for the rest of the workout
  • Outlaw pointed out that painting a kettle bell gold made it looked bigger.  You can only imagine what the PAX call out as needing gold paint!
