No Running Today


So it's a delayed backblast but it's better late than never.  With all the running going on for the BRR YHC decided that there would be none this morning and we would blast our upper bodies.

Grab a big cinder block and partner up

Set 1:

Partner 1 – farmer's carry both blocks 50 yards out and back

Partner 2 – squats until your partner gets back

Set 2:

Partner 1 – farmer's carry both blocks 50 yards out and back

Partner 2 – little baby crunches until your partner gets back

Jack Webb to 10

Mosey to bus lot playground

Pull-ups x 5, Knee-ups x 5, Leg-ups x 5, Partner Rows x 10, Repeato

Mosey to loading dock walls

Protractor x 2 (Angles: 30,60,90,60,30 x 12 seconds each)
