Over the years men have been redfining what "Taper" means, today, 6 men tried a new method in hopes of a new outcome.  Here is their story:

Idea here was to not be slow and lethargic going into the best CSAUP event of the year.  Hopefully it works!

It has been a great summer of running, personally I really enjoyed getting to know some newer guys through these running workouts and I am really impressed by how many guys made dramatic improvements over the summer, Iron certainly sharpens Iron!

Have a great time in the mountains, be safe and we will see you at the Hostel for the 2ndF!!!

oh and thanks to Kumquat for the opportunity to lead, between him, Mortimer, Professor, Lex and many others, I have learned alot more about smart ways to train your body and I feel great heading into this event.  And thanks as always to Black Eyed Pea for inviting me to F3.  Sometimes I bet he wishes he could take back the invite but whats done is done 🙂
