The PAX honored the men running today's BRR with 36 mini-legs of running with Block and plenty of Mary work.
We went about 5 minutes over to squeeze in all the legs. Metallica and I definitely miss being there as we are BRR vets.
Guys, it's cool to work out with so many motivated guys. Good to see POTUS pushing it and getting in shape. Ty Webb always pushed the speed work as I tried to keep up with the young man. Caboose loves to talk a bad running game, but you have BRR in your sights and you know it. Good to see Primo, but as we talked of cooler weather among the Pax, the thought of the unsightly spandex less shorts that Primo loves so much left a lingering picture in my mind that I struggled to shake. Keep working on him Outlaw.
