Burpee Lunge Walk:

5 Lunge Walks each leg, then 3 Burpees, Repeato for about 6 to 7 sets up the slight incline heading back toward clubhouse.  Pax getting excited that we are almost done, but No.

Bear Crawl up the slight incline for about 40 yards.  Mericans x 10 IC.

Suicides (or friendlier name – Line Drills):

Partner Up, size does not matter.

Partner A: Suicides – foul line, mid-court, foul line, base line, Partner B: LBCs AMRAP, flapjack, Repeato

Circle of Pain (COP) near mid-court.

Jump Tuck Burpee Time Bomb:

Thanks to the Spartan guy on tv last year demonstrating a different type of burpee every day for at least 2 weeks.  Demo: down like regular burpee, up jumping & tucking legs to chest with arms stretched straight out in front.

5-4-3-2-1, with pax in plank, downward dog, and mountain climbers as we waited our turns.  Boom !

Short mosey back to parking lot near the Barcelona Red Toyota Camry – ooh nice wheels dude !

(1) Thanks to The Force for allowing me to Q The Wilderness !  Much more to this AO than I realized with basketball & tennis courts.  Have only been here for convergences.  My Wild VQ.

(2) The "Respects" were out in full force with Ikea, Die Hard, Megaphone (53 – War Daddy), and Olaf.  El Chapo (War Baby) at 27.

(3) Blackbeard had a "serious" finger issue that he informed the pax 37 times, but did not effect his overall manliness to post. Nice work !

(4) Got to meet some new pax and see some pax haven't seen in a while !  Great to get to different AOs !  My pastor said once "life is about relationships".  Meet as many people as you can and try to forge those relationships.  F3 is a good spot to start !
