And Flash Dance – newly named!
First off, FNG, now Flash Dance, did not get enough of a beatdown as he ran to and from the workout. Already a beast and a Respect to boot.
The PAX didn't love the Turf workout with the many burpees, squats and Merkins.
We did perform my favorite Wiley Coyote Merkins on the railroad tracks which always draw the attention of passerbys. Omaha didn't care for them much recalling a RR scare as a kid.
Titan showed up 10 minutes late but was fortunately wearing the required red shirt. 9 guys and 7 had red shirts??!! Good to see Waffle House running well again.
Thanks pax for another great opportunity in the outdoors to improve our health. We have a lot of strife in our community now, so let's all keep a calm and peaceful demeanor where we listen more, speak less.
