6 MEN OUT IN THE SOMEWHAT COOL GLOOM FOR A BEATDOWN!

 

WARMORAMA:

High Knees, Butt Kicks, Karyoke ( Grapevine), SSH x 30, TS x 15, IST x 15, CP's x 15, WM x 15

THE THANG:

We began by doing 25 single count reps of each of the following excercises and then sprinted about 50yds,  then 24 reps of each followed by sprint,  then 23 reps of each followed by a sprint, etc. down to 19 reps of each followed by sprint

  • Mercans
  • LBC'S
  • CDD'S

Then we sprinted 50 yds

MARY:

  • plank 90 secs
  • mason twists x 20 IC

MOLESKIN:

  • Q thought again this week he might be working out alone, pillow rotations, cover pull ups, Denver Fire Dept, etc. 
  • 25 + 24 + 23 + 22 + 21 + 20 + 19 = 154 Mercans, LBC's, and CDD's!  Strong work Men!
  • Sprint totaled 0.85miles
  • Oktoberfest lost 10 lbs this last week with the "loose sphincter(s) diet".  
  • We discovered you can tighten your sphincters with this F3 workout!  Some got a little loose during the workout.  Sounded like someone may have had a little mustard in their shorts!
  • Swamp Thing / Arizona had the wheels this am!
