WARMORAMA: 

High knees, jog backwards, side steps L & R, Butt kicks, SSH x 30 IC, IST x 15 IC, TS x 15 IC, Wind Mills x 15 IC, Mercans x 10 IC

THE THANG:

  • Mercans x 10 IC
  • mosey 0.5 mile
  • Mercans x 10 IC
  • mosey 0.25 mile
  • Mercans x 10 IC
  • mosey 0.25 mile
  • Mercans x 10 IC

Mosey above was in a circle basically in the form of a hurricane.

Finished mosey in Parking Lot and Q set up 6 stations:

  1. ab roller
  2. handled mercans
  3. box cutters
  4. curls with 25 lbs dumbbells
  5. kettlebell swing 30lb 
  6. bent over flies 15lb dumbbells

Pax did 10 reps single count at each station for 3 rounds

4th and last round Pax did 15 reps at each station.   

MOLESKIN:

  • No Mary needed after this workout!
  • did you say Ab roller?  What!  This was definitely a hit, wow!  Natty said he was going to bring his thigh master to the next workout!
  • Coolness inspired some of the pax to get leg warmers out pretty soon.  LOL!  Q suggested ankle weights too!
  • 911 struggles after late night with Oktoberfest, where are you Oktoberfest?
  • Anyone know of a good veterinarian?  The pythons got sick during this workout!
  • ran a little over a mile!  Good work men!
