Duck walk: Not as nice as it sounds

YHC dusted off a Brickyard favorite and the boys took a tour of some local parking lot hotspots.  The routine as always looked good on paper.  In execution we discovered that while the "duck" is cast stereotypically as a whimsical, carefree, joyful and often affable creature it bears no relation to the "duck walk" which was born in the seventh level of hell.  The workout was a doozy as reports of incapacitation continue to roll in from the four corners of race city.

Soe questioned why we started at 200 instead of 100 and drew unnecessary comparisons to bookkeeping at Wells Fargo where YHC works

Chief – ever the brute – demolished his brick during the bear crawl – either a demonstration of masculinity or a shrewd tactic to lessen the weight carried

Overall great effort by all – alot of complaining – love it

We had one FNG to be named as we could not settle on it – very good options being bantered in the parliment of slack

Think I'm missing one guy – know it's not manhand's he never shows up anymore…sorry to whoever it is!

F3 continues to be a constant source of motivation, satisfaction and fulfillment – do not quit!  All of us can be better men as a result.  This country needs genuine male leadership!!
