You vs. You and No man left behind.Last year I came to the Foundry for the first time and Ty Webb had us run the Horseshoe. I did not even finish and was glad I was able to finish this year. Thanks to all the Verns, Murphs and Sharknados and beat downs over the last year that has helped me lose 40 pounds.
