Eight men braved the chilly fall morning, to honor Lt. Michael Murphy (SEAL), by completing the Murph.

  • 10 Merkins
  • 15 Squats

  • 10 pull-ups
  • 20 Merkins
  • 30 Squats

Moleskin:

Not a lot of chatter this morning. We did welcome Tinker back, nice to see you this morning Sir! Ziplock attempted to depart the AO following the post; however, a piece of scrap metal thought differently and punctured his rear driver's side tire. Extra credit by changing the flat in the parking lot.
