11 PAX came out for my 2nd Q ever to take it easy on me. There was no blood, sweat, or tears but hopefully they'll be feeling it tomorrow.

WARM O RAMA

Mosey to the rock pile to pick your poision then a slow mosey to the middle of the track

Windmill x 20

Cotton Picker x 20

THE THANG

4 Stations around the 1/4 mile track

With rock in hand, broke into stations depending on your number. (e.g. one, two, three, or four):

Jump squats x 25 and run to next station with rock in hand

Stationary lunge x 25 and run to next station with rock in hand

Regular squat x 25 and run to next station with rock in hand

Monkey humpers x 25 and run to next station with rock in hand

The intent was to complete four laps to total 1 mile. We completed 3!

Circle up in the middle of the field with rock in hand:

Skull Crushers x 10 – rotate to the left one

Low Curls x 10  – rotate to the left one

HIgh Curls x 10  – rotate to the left one

Full Curls x 10  – rotate to the left one

Chest Press x 10  

Burpees (OYO) x 5

Slow mosey to retrun the rocks and a slow mosey to the jungle gym:

Pull Ups x 20 (OYO)

Dips x 20 (OYO)

Derkins x 20 (OYO)

Mosey to the soccer fields to circle up:

Merkin Time Bomb x 10 with a minor revision half way through. We omited 6 and 7.

A proper Mason Twist x 20

Dying Cockroach x 20

Low Flutters x 20
