The Thang:

We did the BrickmasTree in the format of the 12 Days of Christmas which added up to the following (with bricks where you’d expect):

  • 60 burpees

  • 110 merkins

  • 300 low flutters

  • 180 dips

  • 200 CDDs

  • 210 Squats

  • 6 1-minute elbow planks

  • 200 curls (in the people’s chair position)

  • 180 mason twists

  • 150 SSHs

  • 110 LBCs

  • 60 lunges

 

The Moleskin:

  • 26 very strong men and one angry ginger completed all of the above exercises.

  • It’s 28 if you include Fenway who got lost at the conclusion of Berean and wandered over to the workout – he exited during a 1 minute plank when no one was looking.

  • FNG1 (and war baby) is Wipeout

  • Shoe – thank you for traveling back to Isotope for the workout – you are missed.

  • Speaking of Shoe being shoe; constant chatter and laughter came from his corner of the workout.I couldn’t hear a thing he said, but they had fun.

  • Callahan didn’t have space on the curb for dips, so he did what I guess I’ll call hip thrusts and I’m sorry I had to see that.
