Tabata with a Merkin/Mary Twist

Between each tabata set was a merkin/mary transition ladder: 5-10-15-10-5

Transition #1: merkins, LBCs

Tabata: 8 sets of 20 seconds exercise, 10 second rest.

Tabata #1:

  • Declined Peter parkers, declined parker peters

  • CDDs, mason twists

Transiton #2: man maker merkin, ww2 situps

Tabata #2:

  • Dips, squats

  • Mule kicks, pillow talk left, mule kicks, pillow talk right

Transition #3: decline merkins, v-ups

Sometime during the 3rd tabata, Moses noted that his Garmin was reading 45 minute mile pace, so we executed a lap around the CVS to make his Garmin a little happier.

Tabata #3

  • Burpees, reverse situps

  • SSHs, low flutters

Tabata #4:

  • Plank jacks, forearm plank thigh slap

  • 8 ct body builder, low flutter

Tabata #5:

  • Squats, left leg lunge hold, squats, right leg lunge hold

  • Algore, lunges, Algore, lunges

Final Lap around CVS and recover-recover

Tabataskine:

  • 18 hard men did not quit (recording was garbled a bit so I didn’t get all the names, if you were present please sound off)

  • Spilled hot chocolate (possibly Primo’s) made using the wall more fun

  • Outstanding 2nd F today at Summit Coffee as crude joined after a speedo session
