Surprisingly the southerners ruled yesterday at the Mighty Jungle. 5 Pax came out in the snowy winterland and worked hard. We did around the world (or church in this case) and hit every available vestibule we could. Throw some burpees, body builders, plank jacks, jack jack webbs. mnt climbers, and even bearcrawls. Even though Blackbeard protested on a few of these wanting to hit the coffee shop early we still endured and finished the work out (although abbreviated to 45 minutes).
