It was cold, icy roads, etc. Decided to keep Excelsior open since I live close enough to walk there. Worst case scenario, I go for a solo run.
Of course, this is F3, so one rarely has to run alone! Sponge Bob lives about 2 miles away, and rucked to the AO with 35 pounds. Beast.
We ran about 2.5 miles ish in the Carrington Ridge neighborhood. Then we did another 2 miles ish as follows: Person 1 runs ahead for 1 minute while the other guy rucks. Turn back, switch, repeato several times. Fin.
