A total of 22 PAX (2 FNG's and a one not on the website yet) could barely sleep last night knowing they got to come work out at the Foundry with Baxter and BamBam. You could see the excitement in their faces as directions wer given after warmarama and some confusion sunk in…but once the easy to understand workout was absorbed by the PAX, we got into groups and pushed each other hard. Below are the phenomonal details:
