Add: Clausen not on website (2.0 of Landline)

18 Men of F3 were hungry for some old school, kick butt, let-them-play, full court, playground ball.  You could tell Pax have been missing this incredible sport.  So as the boys of NCAA hoops start to hit the core of their schedule, so to shall F3 boys go to Bailey Rd Park to show each other we got game !  Here we go.

No Warmup – DBP !

Captains assigned by YHC – Hall Monitor, Moses, Waffle House, and Outlaw.  The remaining jocks split up in very random order.  4 teams of 4 with 2 subs.  8 minute games with no time stoppage.

Game 1: Random draw – let's just get running and ballin now.

Game 2: Winners of game one play, and scrubs play consolation game

Intermission for Pain – Hall Monitor's team won both game #1 & #2 so they get to pick 3 exercises for the scrubs to do as punishment literally from YHC clip board.  Choices were 3 columns of 5 exercises.

Round #1 of Pain exercises:

(1) 8-Count Body Builders x 10 IC, (2) Jump Squats x 20 OYO SC, (3) LBCs x 20 IC – Winners call cadence as needed.

Move on to more Hoops – Lots of time !

Mix of Matchups for remaining games #3, #4, & #5 ensuring each team played each other at least once.

Round #2 Pain exercises: Once again chosen by Hall Monitor's team – Without loss I believe. Winners call cadence.

(1) Scorpion DD x 20 IC, (2) Alt Lunges x 15 IC, (3) Rosalita x 20 IC

Time she's ticking, so wrap it up !

Back to YHC

Mericans x 15 IC – YHC

Glute Bridge x 1000 – Shoe (tons of eye contact)

Mason Twist x 15 IC – YHC

Elbow Plank – 1 min.

Time – DONE !

Rumple Moleskin:

(1) Sooooooo, was really planning on running the Fireball Loop to keep pace with the hunt for The Patch, but as I stand with 4 of the True Gritters, no pax to run.  Join the True Gritters, then as Jeep appears out of nowhere & one El Chapo pops out & immediately begins to sprint out of BRP lot to start the loop.  But 6:05 had committed to True Grit so stayed.  Thought it was Jolly so gave few good hollers for Jolly.  No response.  In the End, YHC, The Geek, Hall Monitor, & Ty Webb got our butts handed to use by Crimson on the turf w sandbags of various sizes.  Good choice before Bball – NOT !

(2) Thanks to Hall Monitor for allowing me to Q what still is one of the best AOs in Lake Norman.  Love it !  Lots of good beatdowns attended in this hot spot !  Keep Blazing that trail brother.

(3) Great to see Scott Hubbard, excuse me SHOE in the north country again.  So much fun and chatter when you attend any beatdown.  Nice !

(4) Macbeth had a solid moment when he Viciously Dunked on the 8 foot rim and belted out a gutteral King Kong yelp !  Yeah he was missing his Hoops !  Strong.

(5) From what I could see as Player / Q, The Hall Monitor & The Geek were busting some serious arse with the 3 (excuse me 2 pointers) behind the line and unstoppable moves to the hoop !  Again, this was after Crimson Ugly Fest !  Somebody is posting regularly.  Co-MVPs FoSho !

(6) Week of Outlaw coming up starting Monday !  The Oh So Humble pax member had a website created just for this week so pax could remember where the heck he is going to be every day !  If you've never met Outlaw, this would be your week to do it.  He will be in rare form !  He's a runner now too w BRR in his pocket.

(7) Many prayers asked for family, friends, and co-workers in COT this week.  Let peace come to those who need it.  God please lead the way as always !

Thanks to the Men of F3  !  YHC had a true Blast today.  Days of playing on a Sat with group of 20 to 30 guys outside all day long and high school ball were ringing in my head.  I love all sports really, but Hoops is my favorite !  Probably cause even if you are not the most talented or most aggressive or tallest, you can still shoot, pass, dribble, rebound, score, and become part of a team !

Nap Time as soon as the M leaves the house.  T minus 10 min !  Sure I'll take down the Christmas lights honey baby – Later !
