Two in the Gloom

It was a slight showing, but Motorboat and YHC broke the fartsack, forged on, and carried the proverbial F3 flag for the #machoman workout.

Warm-ups (IC):  SSH 20, IST 20, CP'S 15, MC'S 15, Mericans 10, CDD's 10

The Thang: Grab slosh pipe, lunge with pipe to the far side of the field.  2 sets of 20 curls, mil presses, skull crushers with said pipe (15 on the last set of skull crushers, as 20 was a bit much).  In between sets, we did 2 excercises (IC) consisting of SDS's 20, heal slappers 15, squats 20, toy soldiers 15, Squat troopers (IST with Squat) 20, CDD's 15, Mericans 10.  After each 'set', we ran to the sheds and back, for good measure.  Lunge back with pipes, return them to their respective homes.  

Abs- IC – LBC's 20, W's 15, 

Peter Parkers IC- 10, run to parking lot and back, 10, parking lot and back, 10, run to Hope Park.

Dips IC- 15, incline Mericans 10, repeato.

Mary: Low flutter 20, Mason twist 10. 

Recover, recover.

Moleskine:

-When only two show, it's always a little hard to justify the workout, but we did!  Motorboat was an awesome partner and we blew through several hundred calories, strengthened ourselves, and even prayed, keepin all those at Lowe's in mind as we bowed to the greater Being around us.

-Not sure why the #machoman continues to be anemic?  Is it a 115 vs. 117 thing?  The Glen boasted 28 this past Sat……why was Monday's workout divided into 2, when we had a combined 12 today at both workouts?  Only the higher ups know that one.
