AMRAP…THEN 2 MORE!!!

7 Gladiators showed, tried and true as we welcomed Jukebox to his first runabout in #TheArena.  We became better today.

Warm-o-rama consistent of a nice brisk medley of running, skipping, and moving.  To keep with tradition, we circle and we start with 50 no need to explain.  If you have posted at Gladiator, you know what I'm talkin about.  After the 50 we move some stretching:  cotton pickers, IST's, dynamics before the pain of the blastoff 'merican x 10.

The Circuit (keep moving) Train

Each member of the PAX picks a cinder block, we circle and then we begin 20 cindy swings OYO.  We recover, we hustle, and we move to station 2 for 20 hand release 'merican's (IC).  Station three is the burpeeS x 10 OYO and we finish at the pull up bars for AMRAP, then do two more.  We complete this circuit three times decreasing our burpees by 2 each time, but speeding up our movement between stations.  On the fourth go around we switch out the cindy swings and perform the pullover x 10 (IC).  Circuit 5 we replace the pullover (not to be confused with the cardigan) with the chest press + low flutter x 15 (IC).

Replace the blocks and head to launch for Mary.

Great job by all today!  Good way to start the day and keep moving the whole time.  Ton of calories burned this fine morning at St. Mark.
