Head to the back and find you a 33# running partner. While we're here…do 1 round of max pullups.
Thang:
- Grab your partner and head to main intersection – 300 yds
- 1 minute of Block squats
- 1 minutes of Shoulder Press
- Grab partner and head to Buena Vista – 275 yds
- 1 minute Block curls
- 1 minute mountain climber
- Grab parnter and head to Osprey Run Ct – 310 yds
- 1 minute LBC
- 1 minute Skull crushers
- Leave your partner at the corner
- Butt kickers to Hawkes Bay – 160 yds
- High knees to Eagle Point – 110 yds
- Sprint to end of Buena Vista – 360 yds
- Mosey back to your partner
- 30 sec of Freddie Mercury
- 30 sec of Peter Parker
Pick up said partner and mosey the 900 yds back to the AO.
Return your 33# partner
