Let's start with it was cold and YHC was reluctant to get out of the warm fart sack, but I did and so did 5 other brave PAX. Planing for this pain train was hot and heavy last night. YHC decided to take the PAX on a nice tour of Carrington Ridge. There was tuning, physical exercise and some laughs along the way just what an F3 Workout should be!
