Reflection:
Strength and Finding it in the Lord:
Psalm 22:19 But you, LORD, do not be far from me. You are my strength; come quickly to help me.
Psalm 28:7-8 the LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him. The LORD is the strength of his people, a fortress of salvation for his anointed one.
In hard times, look to the Lord for strength. On a hill where your legs are no longer felt, or a mile into a 23 degree run, in family hardships or professional struggles, regardless the situation when you feel weak look to the Lord. If you have trouble asking HIM for help there are several dozen men in Denver that will place their hands on your back, hold you steadfast, and pray with you or even for you. Ask for help, ask it of HIM.
Moleskin:
Lots of chatter this morning, chime in with the comments. YHC tried to focus solely on legs and core due to hurt shoulder. Abrams and Vortex probably didn’t get enough, but that’s okay, they showed!
Pretty sure the extended squats in the warm up were the favorite.
Honored to lead, humbled to follow!
