Never run with Kettle Bells

Good morning at the Slayer (formerly 3 wise men)

Quick stretch of hamstrings.

Jogged the parking lot with kettle bells visiting almost every square foot of asphalt.

Sprints and 75% runs when we had the chance.

Squat to press, Mercan pauses and Kettle Bell swings at points.

Ended with 10 pull-ups, 10 squat jumps and rock skull crushers
