Event Date

AO

FNG-1 is Just Darryl (need to get that man on registered)

11 men gathered this morning, knowing there would be pain, pretty sure there would be running. I hope both were adequately delivered.

The thang:

Run to track and lap around for warm up – High knees, butt kickers, karoake

SSH X 30

IST X 15

Merkin X 10

WW2 X 15

Indian run to middle school

The Pinky Pie (9 Lives)

Dip X 1 : curb-merkin X 1

and up and up until 8 of each

Mosey to back of school

Donkey Kick wall X 10

Balls to Wall full 10 count

Repeato! (Freedom)

Indian run (at least in theory) to baseball field

Partner up

Run to fence over 1st – 15 Partner Merkins – run back and plank

Run to fence over 2nd – 10 helping hands each side / each partner – run back and plank

Run almost to fence over 3rd – wheel barrow back – plank

Mosey to football field

Australian Peelback (Jorel)

Squats – front man bear crawls to back and exclaims a favorite (or not so) beverage

Mosey to home base for Mary

Crunchy Frog X 15

J-Lo X 15

Elbow plank 30 seconds (not long enough for someone, but that'll be fixed later)

Throw and Catch X 10 each side

Elbow plank for 10 count each (Limburger clearly didn't realize everyone was going to get to count)

Hope you all enjoyed, as always want to ensure you get your money's worth. My F3 journey began 4 years ago at the Wilderness eh'd by lil' brick.  And there are so many things I could write about – rucking, the multitude of CSAUP events (Bear, Polar Bear, Coyote, Mud Run, various convergences, etc), becoming a runner (as many of you know I declared I wasn't for a long time), and of course all the people and fun from BRR, Spartan, Tough Mudder etc.  This group of men has meant a lot to me, pushed me in many ways.

I'd also like to echo Tagless's thoughts who hit 3 years and is clearly more eloquent: http://f3isotope.com/content/three-years-strong

Hey its not plagarism if it's sourced!

Interesting choices of beverages during the peelback, Beast, Zima?, Miller 55, and some other good old ones (when I think back I kinda miss Mickey's).

Thank each of you who were able to join this morning, and to those of you who found yourself elsewhere – thanks for reading this and for continuing to push the man beside you, knowing he'll push and support you as well, in short thank you all for the support and for making making Isotope/NoCo/Lkn the best region of F3.
