0500: YHC stands alone in the parking lot
0511: YHC gives up hope and runs two sadclown miles….that should never happen by the way (insert eye rolling emoji)
0530: 3 more brave souls emerge from the gloom to join me in the following exercises

0800: Calypso wakes up
Men, it was a pleasure as always to lead. Thanks to Outlaw for allowing me to take the lead and to Black Eyed Pea for introducing me to F3 many months ago. One thing I can't get over, is how no matter what is going on in my life, I can come and grind through a beat down and may day is instantly better. Is it the exercise? Is it the fellowship? I am not sure. All I know is that I'm thankful for each one of you men and the encouragement you provide me. Thank you. Now lets go find other men that are praying for the same kind of change in their life. Don't be afraid to share this gift today! Somebody is praying for it!
