Welcome to FNG Tim C. who lives in F3Isotope region and who was EH’d by CSPAN from Fort Mill, SC. Tim was named “Canuck” at the AO today. We learned later that name had already been taken. CSPAN came up with “Pickled Canuck” and that’s a winner!

The Thang – Boomerang Beanbag Toss
- Divided pax into a sub-9-min mile pax and a Clydesdale pax
- Parking lot had 3 cones in the shape of a boomerang (think left field foul pole, home plate, right field foul pole)
- Starting from right field foul pole, do one exercise (see below for method to select), run to right field pole via home plate, run back to left field via home plate, add second exercise
- Repeato to 5, then drop 1 exercise (1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1)
- To select the exercise, one from each of the 2 pax (sub-9ers and Clydesdales) tossed a beanbag onto 5 targets (3×2 array of touching circles):
- 25 Merkins
- 25 CDD
- 25 Mountain Climbers
- 50 Low Flutters
- 50 LBC
- Penalty for missing circles right of centerline: +20 Burpees
- Penalty for missing circles left of centerline: + 50 Merkins
- Penalties don’t count as 1 of the 5 exercises
- Skip an exercise if beanbag lands in 1 of 2 small areas between touching circles (this happened twice despite doubt at the beginning that it could ever happen)
- Each sub-pax had 2 penalties (+20 burpees and +50 merkins)
- We finished 1-2-3-4-5-4 before Mary

- Thanks to Caboose for the opportunity to lead at this great AO with a great pax this morning.
- Thanks also for the Birkdale Clown Car brothers for their friendship during a challenging and exciting part of my life.
- Heavy dose of Merkins (170+) done today on top of just as many CDDs.
- There were some bean bag toss weaknesses exposed today. At one point, the Clydesdale pax claimed greater skill because of time wasted playing cornhole and drinking beer. That theory did not play out in the end as both pax had 2 penalties.
- Happy President’s Day.
- Dallas’ roast is on March 3rd. Come out to support a great F3 brother!
We gave thanks for the bonds of brotherhood and for strength and courage to love and serve Him.
