65 Percent Is Good…Right?

The morning air was crisp but not to cold as YHC and Qbert to a crack at the standard and got in about 2.75 miles before the huge group of PAX descended upon Fallout for a YHC led meat and potatos workout – oh wait there were only 6 of us in total – I must be having a senior moment.  Well the fallout faithful showed and were eager to get on with it.

YHC decided to dispense with all the games and lay down the 1000 rep challenge – and the PAX were over joyed that they were there to make magic happen.

to get started we stretched our legs with a long lap arind the parking lot and circled up for warm o rama – this is where the two count begins!

Burnt Endz volunteered to be the running counter as we got to the main event – kept the sets for each exercise to 10 (in general) but took advantage of doing more with flutters and LBCs – here were the exercises

the consensus was the workout was awesome and left the PAX wanting more

YHC noted that next Q there would be no pre-blast and then all the regulars would show up – then I can surprise them

i truly care about everyone's fitness including Lawn Darts
