Reflection:

Pastor had a great message this past weekend that stuck with me.  "What are you doing with your commas?"  So often, we look at our life struggles as "periods" at the end of the sentence.  Well, God never promised Victory without Sacrifice and Struggle, so we should look at those "Periods" as "Commas" instead.  Concentrate on finishing the rest of that sentence the way God intended us to finish them.  He gives us struggles, but doesn't put a period at the end.  He puts a comma.  What we do from there is our choice.  Finish strong.  What are you doing with your commas?

Moleskine:

 – Lots of PAX travelling, rucking or supporting Bertha's VQ

 – Workout was full of wildlife between birds, dogs and deer

 – Vortex tried out his new ultrarunner hydration sac; 50-100 milers upcoming?

 – Cheetah claims that he still loves me during the angry donkeys…I know brotha, I know

 – Honor to lead and be led today brothers.
