No Running with KBs

Good morning for a workout.

Started with a short jog around the hills of the backside of the property.  Scattered some burpees in to run and a ladder of side straddle hop to burpees warm up. 

Finished on Hell's ascent with 10 x burpee at the bottom following backwards run up hill.

Mosey to painting rock and 10 x mercans

Up/down drill – 5X

Continue to baseball diamond – partner carry around the bases

Mosey down to pull-up forest sprint back to painting rock

I am probably missing a few rounds of burpees that were sprinkled in.

Back to Hell’s ascent and on to KBs.

While farmers carry for two the other 6 did burpee/shuttle drill

Good work out.
