Reflection

How is your soul – Good lesson from church this week and he challenged us to ask ourselves “how is your soul”

Challenged the PAX to spend some time this week in reflection of this both for what you know needs to improve but also for what you are doing as leaders in your home and community

Moleskin

–          Lots of gasping for air during the sound off, awesome effort out there fellas

–          Didn’t realize that Hefty called out 40 during the sound off … Happy 40th Birthday Brother!! We need to sneak in some 40 counts to make up for it during upcoming workouts.

–          PAX seemed to really enjoy the pickle pounder salutes making sure that no plane went unnoticed

–          Agility ladder was a hoot  … Thanks to 2.0 Bolt for the added weight during the carry

–          Sound off on anything I may have missed
