High Knees, Butt Kicks, Side Steps L and R, SSH x 20 IC, Legs spread right arm to left leg, left arm straight up stretch, opposite side stretch, middle stretch, Toe touch stretch.
The Thang:
10 Reps (single count) of each of the following exercises x 10 sets:
- Squats
- Mercans
- Curls- (Choose your poison)
- Reverse Lunge
- Elbow Plank 20 secs
- Knees to Elbows
- Squat Pulse
Mary:
- 5 Burpees

What a great morning for a workout! Great men, great weather, dry! Can't get any better than this….No time for Mary except for 5 Burpees in honor of Tues workout at the Quarry. Didn't want to leave any of those bad boys out! Ended up doing 100 reps of each exercise. Those reps got a little tougher on the 10th set! Squat pulse was a crowd pleaser and reliever. Some pellets were expelled during this exercise, some experienced mustard in their pants. All in all, good workout! See you Saturday!
