TWO FNGs today! Mr. Burns is dredging his new neighborhood and finding some good dudes. WELCOME Scarface! (yeah yeah…I know tough guy names can be frowned upon, but the background check made this one legit). Also welcome FNG Vince, who vows to come back Monday for a name and MySpace who has yet to register a profile.
5 for the standard.- Turpike, Amen, Funkytown, Macbeth, YHC..pretty good for a historically stationary AO. Oh about that…sorry/not sorry we ran a lot today.
Warmie-uppie
20 SSH IC
15 Hillbilly Walk IC
10 Carrot Puller IC
10 Windmill IC
10 Magilla IC

Big decision for the theme with Cinqo de Mayo, the Kentucky Derby, etc. I couldn't find a place to plug in the margarita blender, so I went with Derby. Fortunately, there is a track (er uh painted oval in a parking lot) for just such purposes at Torrance Creek.
Partner 1 runs around track until he catches Partner 2
Partner 2 is farm carrying both partner's bells.
Flapjack, Repeato X5
End of horse theme….pretty sure Lego won the Derby as he was flying.
Tomorrow: 15-17-1 Trifecta Box is my pick. 15 is the best horse IMO and 17 and 1 are grandsons of Danzig (dominant mudder, and it gon be sloppy)
My favorite KB routine came next: The Macedonian Phalanx
1st Round = 15 Reps IC (each exercise) – 30 'merican rest
2nd Round = 10 Reps IC – 10 burpee rest
3rd Round = 5 Reps IC – 10 'merican rest
Rotation = Skull Crushers + Shoulder Press + Horizontal Press + Curl + Bent Row

It started to rain so we took shelter in some tight quarters under the awning for…
LBC
The "i" (apparently inspired by a band geek from the armpit state) GO BLUE
Low Flutter/Rosalita Medley (This was a brilliant call by Macbeth alternating so we didn't click heels)
Freddie Mercury
Homer to Marge
Moleskinnie:
- Again great to have some new blood out there. Keep coming back, Vince, Scarface, and Myspace.
- Amen floated an air biscuit that had a toxicity level that even Toxic didn't appreciate…probably should have checked for road apples to stay with the horse theme.
- It feels great to be back in town after some heavy travel weeks. Just the rhythm of getting up in the morning and having my brothers support me on all 3 Fs is a powerful thing.
AYE!
