Great to be back to the Viking.  Awesome AO with so much to offer.  We pushed hard and got stronger for it!

Warmarama – was going to do something different, but the rain started coming down and knew it would pass quickly so went under cover for warm up

Grab rock

10 thrusters with a curl (squat to press with curl) Sprint down hill

8 burpees

Sprint back up hill

15 jump squats

Sprint down

10 should touch merkins IC

To the soccer fields

 

Slow mosey down first straight away

Fast run to next corner

Slow mosey to next

Fast run to complete lap

 

Slow 10 second count merkins

  • Good to see some faces i haven't seen in a while and good to get out of the routine i seem to be stuck in…we could probably all do a little better on taking the Q at different AO's, i know i can!
